Adult
Therapy

Taking the step to better understand yourself takes vulnerability and strength. We strive to create a compassionate space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, motivations and behaviours. We help adults create goals and develop strategies to help manage stress and improve mental wellbeing.

Our approach
to therapy

Together we’ll create goals and develop a plan to help you manage stress and improve your mental health and wellbeing. This may include learning new ways of expressing your emotions and communicating with others, as well as connecting to your values and developing a more authentic view of yourself.

Depending on your goals, therapy may be short - or long-term, and may draw on a variety of evidence-based therapies. These include relational and attachment-based psychotherapies; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and/or Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) skills. We offer individual, family and couples therapy.
